New singles on my itunes list

As I have a list in my itunes called "New Singles", I though to do this section just to share with you all the new singles that i've founded on Youtube. Obviously i'm not going to talk about all of them, just only the ones I think are the best videos or songs for me.

1. One Republic 

To start, I will mention the first single of the new album of One Republic, which I think is one of the best bands in their style now at days. 

That one it would be the third album of the band, since they came out with their first single "Apologize" released in 2007. Since then they didn't stop to make good music. 

For me One Republic reminds me a Coldplay, which they are one of my favorites bands. As Coldplay they do this kind of melancholic lyrics mixed with a "happy" melody. Actually this clip is quite similar to "Seep of Sounds" of Coldplay.

2. The Killers 

I know that single is not new from this week but it still quite new on all music lists... 

The killers is one of my favorites bands of indie rock, which i'm really glad to have the opportunity to see them in live next 20th of January in the "Big Day Out" festival in Gold Coast, Australia.

This single is the first one from their new album "Battle Born", available on 18/09. They have done this album after their had a little break there's a big expectations from their fans.

3. No Doubt

One of the most expected comebacks of the year, is the one of No Doubt. They are coming back after they split in 2004 with "Settle Down", which it's the first single of the new album "Push and Shove", but that one it wouldn't be out until 24th of September.

The band is originally from California and was formed in 1986, their influence is basically from ska punk and reggae fusion.

4. Pink

Pink as well has a new album. Does it seems like September is the month to come back, isn't it?
The album it will come out on 17th of September under the name of "The Truth About Love!".
You can find on Youtube more songs of the new record. i should say that i like some songs and i totally Pink style which is good. That there are still some singers or band that they don't care what it sells now they just do their music  and what they like.

5. Beyonce

Beyonce has as well a new clip, but that one is for a charity, the song's called "I was here" is a beautiful and emotional hope song. More than explain that song you need to listen yourself, cause i'm sure that it will move something inside of you, plus with the pictures are in the video it's difficult try not to cry.

From Beyonce which is a female singer that everyone knows. I can not say anything new... She is one of the greatest artist in our times.

6. Owl City 

Changing  completely the style of music, we found this new single from Owl City. It's not that emotional as the last one or I don't like that much as the one of One Republic or The Killers, but it's on my list because sometimes I like to listen this kind of music that makes you smile and remind you that sometimes life it's not that difficult as we though. It's more the way you take the things. I call them "sunny songs".

So for that reason i'm shearing with you that clip. As well, i recommended to listen some other songs of this band because they do something diferent of the rest, their sound it's like 80's.

7. Nicki  Minaj 

And the last one it would be one "Disco" song, is the new single of the "crazy" [in the good way] Nicki Minaj. I like her music though, it's no my favorite style, but she is really good doing this kind of mix between R&B, Hip-Hop and her freak style.

You can listen to her music in parties, but as well she has some others deep songs as "Fly" feat  Rihanna. 

This new single it's good and the video is in a carnival atmosphere, but at the moment i still like the old one "Starships".

This post it would be to explain about the new records and as well a brief of the bands.

GREEN DAY - "UNO!" "DOS!" & "TRE!"

The posting of today is regarding the new clip of one of the most influential bands of our time, "Oh Love" from the 3 new albums of Green Day: "Uno!" "Dos!" and "Tre!" with 37 songs in total. The single is for the CD "Dos!" which it will be the first one to be out the following month, "One!" will be out on November and "Tre!" in January of 2013.

I really like the new song and i think that what they did this time is huge. They already did big thing with "American idiot" released in 2004 and afterwords even better with "21th Century breakdown" was released in 2009. They even have an musical of American idiot since 2010. And now what?

Honestly, i've been thinking for the last year that after those two masterpieces, what they would do for the next record to don't let their fans down. But what a surprise, when they released a new album with three CD's and all are new songs!! that's has been totally unexpected for me and i can't wait to listen them all.

For the people that maybe don't now them, I will do a brief introduction of the band. Green Day is an American punk rock band formed in 1987, originally from California. The band consists of lead vocalist and guitarist Billie Joe Amstrong, bassist and backing vocalist Mike Dirnt, and drummer Tre Cool. Green Day's sound is often compared to first wave punk bands such as the The Clash or The Ramones also other influences of Green Day is The Who.

I really recommend to see this band on a concert. I went to see them for the very first time, back in Barcelona, in October of 2009 and they blow my mind. I can say that they are a proper punk band, the show was amazing and for me Joe Amstrong is a very good showman. He was all the time going around the stage while he was sinning, so you could feel they energy that they have. All of us were jumping without stop for the two hours of concert, I was there thinking that I would like to be there for few more hours. For me one of the best concert of punk that i've ever saw.

What about?

Well, yesterday I only spoke about why i'm doing this. But I didn't explain what i'm going to do.

I remember when I was 12 there was lots of channels with music, and my favourite one was MTV. Was lots of music, interviews with the bands... and now I realize that from maybe 4 years ago MTV has changed and not for better. Now is only shit programs about nobody...

So such a dissapointment when I went to Barcelona last July, and when I turn on my tv ready to see some clips and I couldn't find anything on MTV. I spend searching for just even one program of music, but nothing apart for sweet 16 or Jersey Shore....

So that's why I though to create a blog, it would be as MTV were before with: information on the bands and Festivals, leastes clips, what is on and I will let u know my opinion as well, so that way you can write yours.

I hope you guys like the idea of this blog. I will try to get it ready as soon as possible.

First day!

Hi everyone!!

I would like to dedicated this blog to the most important thing in my life which is the music.

Since i have memory i've been always surrounded by her. Sometimes she has been my only companion, the one capable to understand me emotions or sometimes it's for the pleasure to just listen the music.

Actually, i've assumed that was normal listening music almost every hour of the day. I though that everyone does and only my parents were complaining about it just because they didn't like my music. But since i've move to London, almost two years ago from now, and i've been shearing a flat with my friends i didn't realize the way was so into the music.

They always said the i'm the Dj of the house, because by the time that i walk through my bedroom's door in the morning with my laptod in my hands, they know that in a minute or other i will turn on my itunes list or just go to Youtube to check was new.

I don't know how started, but i love to be the first one to know about the lasted clips or the news bands that are coming out. I really enjoy when i put this new music on and someone ask me about the band or the song because they like it too. As far as i've been playing the role of the "Dj in the house", no one complain about my music. Just only when i get stuck with a song or a band instead.

So i might guess that it means that i have a good sense of music, and that's because i really open mind in terms of music. i can listen every kind of music, thought that i gave my preferences. I  thin is "silly" say that only one kind of music is the best one.

Actually, when i'm on my holidays back to Barcelona, is when my flatmates told me that is something missing in the house, like if without me and my music there's no fun at home. That's because i'm not putting just music i'm also dancing or singing, even my voice is not the best one in the world and i make my friends dance too. So yes, we can say that i'm kind of crazy-funny girl.

For all those reasons, and as well because my friends has been pushing me so bad to do something respect all my music knowledge, i decide to create this blog.
